Bee Trust : une promesse faite aux abeilles, une confiance offerte aux apiculteurs - Réfléchir comme une abeille !

Bee Trust est une charte volontaire, née de la conviction profonde que le changement ne viendra pas par la contrainte, mais par la confiance, la courtoisie et le respect.

Nous sommes un collectif de femmes et d’hommes, apiculteurs fondateurs et passionnés, qui croyons qu’un miel pur, naturel, éthique et sain est encore possible. Que l’engagement moral vaut parfois plus qu’un contrôle administratif.

Notre label est un acte de foi envers la nature, envers les butineuses infatigables et ceux qui les protègent en silence.

Notre engagement : une charte claire, simple, exigeante

  • 0 % de sucre ajouté : un miel brut, sans triche, sans mélange

  • 50 % du miel laissé aux abeilles : pour qu’elles passent l’hiver sans famine ni complément artificiel

  • Une apiculture 100 % biologique : fleurs non traitées, terrain sain, aucun pesticide

  • Aucune industrialisation : pas d’alimentation sucrée d’appoint, pas de traitement à l’antibiotique

  • Un respect du rythme naturel des abeilles, sans sur-exploitation

Il ne s’agit pas de produire plus, mais de produire juste. Ce label n’a pas vocation à sanctionner, mais à visibiliser ceux qui agissent déjà bien, à leur rendre hommage, et à les relier.

Bee Trust : rendre visibles les invisibles

Aujourd’hui, le consommateur est perdu entre les miels frelatés, trafiqués, industrialisés.
Les apiculteurs qui travaillent proprement, honnêtement, sont noyés dans un océan de confusion.

Bee Trust veut être un phare dans cette brume, une vitrine pour ces puristes de l’ombre.
Ce label dit simplement :

« Voici un apiculteur en qui vous pouvez avoir confiance. Il n’a pas triché. Il a respecté ses abeilles. Il vous offre un miel vivant. »
